October 1, International Day of Older Persons

Taking advantage of the fact that October, specifically October 1, 2024, is the International Day of Older Persons, the museum has proposed to 5 residences in Rubí (Amanecer, el cel, Conchita Valls, residence-home for grandparents on Sant Jaime street and Primero de Mayo), to view the idea-story of the rierada made by Laura Rueda. A video that tells in a different and entertaining way with music and voice the tale of the rierada edited by the Vallhonrat museum. It is very interesting and exciting.

We must not forget that older people are an essential asset for our society.

FAMILY COURT GAME IN THE MUSEUM COURTYARD

This year, 2024, we are launching a game of clues to discover some ancient objects. This game is designed to be enjoyed in a fun and entertaining way as a family, since adults and children alike can participate. For all of you, one thing or another will catch your attention. Prepare ingenuity, visual speed and guess clues to reach the objective, a chest where ancient objects from the museum are kept. We will observe their characteristics, sizes, materials, colors... and we will compare them with those of now. How they have changed!
